SMS messaging is limited to onboarding, alerts, and transactional notices; we do not send marketing SMS unless you opt-in separately.

Sharing and Security

We share data only with trusted vendors that help us run BudgeFlow (payment processors, messaging carriers, analytics). We require those vendors to safeguard your information.

We use industry-standard encryption, access controls, and monitoring to protect your account. In the event of a breach, we will notify affected users per applicable law.

Your Rights and Choices

You may update or delete your profile, change communication preferences, and request deletion of your workspace. Email hello@pulsespend.com to exercise any of these rights.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and opt out of analytics cookies by disabling them on the platform.

TCR SMS Registration

To deliver SMS, BudgeFlow registers campaigns with The Campaign Registry (TCR) under U.S. A2P 10DLC rules. This allows us to send service-related messages, verify phone numbers, and deliver critical reminders.

We only share the minimum required details (phone number, workspace ID, and opt-in status) with carriers and TCR. The registration ensures transparency with carriers and helps us comply with industry requirements.

If you wish to stop receiving SMS at any time, reply “STOP” to any message or update your preferences in the app. We respect opt-outs promptly.
