What is SMS budgeting?
SMS budgeting lets you log expenses by texting BudgeFlow instead of opening an app. Each message becomes a categorized transaction on your dashboard in seconds.
What counts as one SMS segment?
One SMS segment is up to 160 plain-text characters. Messages or replies with emojis or non-ASCII characters use Unicode encoding and split into 67-character segments. Plain texts that exceed 160 characters split into 153-character segments. Each segment counts against your monthly limit, even if the message arrives as one continuous text.
How much does BudgeFlow cost?
BudgeFlow Basic is $5.99/month ($60/year) and includes 100 SMS segments per month. BudgeFlow Pro is $10.99/month ($110/year) and includes 250 SMS segments per month plus team workspaces, shared budgets, and project tracking. BudgeFlow Business is $19.99/month ($200/year) and also includes 250 SMS segments per month plus receipt OCR and invoice parsing.
Is there a free trial?
You can create a free account and explore the dashboard with sample data. SMS expense logging and budget automations require a Basic or Pro subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription from the in-app billing page at any time. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
