These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BudgeFlow, including our website, applications, SMS services, and related products and services. By accessing or using BudgeFlow, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use BudgeFlow.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating and maintaining your account.

Subscription Billing

Some BudgeFlow features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.

SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from BudgeFlow, you consent to receive recurring text messages from BudgeFlow at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of BudgeFlow.

BudgeFlow sends SMS messages under the following categories:

• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): one-time passcodes used to verify your identity when signing in, changing account settings, or linking a phone number.
• Account Notifications: budget alerts, expense notifications, bill reminders, goal updates, subscription and billing notifications, transaction confirmations, and other account activity related to your BudgeFlow workspace.
• Customer Care: replies to your inbound SMS commands (such as BAL, ADD, HELP) and responses from BudgeFlow support regarding your account.

Message frequency may vary based on your activity and notification settings. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message from BudgeFlow. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out. To resume messages, reply START.

You may request assistance at any time by replying HELP to any message, or by emailing support@budgeflow.com or visiting our contact page.

BudgeFlow does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising SMS messages. Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use BudgeFlow for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest data belonging to other users.
• Abuse, spam, or misuse BudgeFlow SMS services.
• Transmit harmful, malicious, or unlawful content.

Financial Disclaimer

BudgeFlow is a budgeting and financial organization platform only. BudgeFlow does not provide financial, tax, accounting, legal, investment, or professional advice.

Intellectual Property

BudgeFlow, including its software, branding, content, designs, and features, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of BudgeFlow and its licensors.

Disclaimer of Warranties

BudgeFlow is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access to the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BudgeFlow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to BudgeFlow if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create risk for BudgeFlow or other users.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
